"When my husband and I bought our very first home, our nice (but quite savvy) agent showed us three homes. Looking back, we were easy. He showed us an average home for the money, then he showed us an overpriced dump, and lastly he showed us a home that looked great compared to the first two. We believed we had better act quickly and make a decision right away. Although I didn't know it at the time, I am sure he showed us those homes in order and knew how we would react. He wasn't a bad agent, some would say he was pretty smart. I wouldn't use him again, though, because I believe he didn't want to spend much time finding the best home for us."
