"I have listed properties with agents who take the listing, promise they will market to the neighborhood but never do. They just enter the property into MLS and never report back on the status of showings. When a contract comes in and there are conditions the buyer is asking for, they support the buyer and expect me to say yes to everything so they can get their paycheck. They never checked the conditions out to see if they were warranted (which they weren't) and after insisting both agents go to the property to look at the absurdity of the requests, both agents agreed the buyer was being unreasonable."
