MREAL Agent and Transaction Disclaimer
Although MREAL Agents are scrutinized to the highest exacting standards of practice, performance, accountability and customer satisfaction they are in fact independent agents and are not agents of MREAL. MREAL makes no claims, guarantees, warrants, promises, or covenants to the specific performance or actions of the agent or the real estate transaction that the individual independent agent performs. MREAL is not and will not be liable for any actions, inactions, promises, guarantees, claims or covenants made by, expressly or implied, the Agent. The buyer or seller should interview and investigate the Agent to assure the buyer's or seller's satisfaction.
MREAL does hold the Agents accountable and as such they are subject to review and discipline as a member but only to the extent that they are a member. MREAL will not act in a plaintiff's role on behalf of any buyer or seller. Nor will MREAL act in a defendant's role on behalf of any Agent.
The Real Estate Contract will be between you and your agent. MREAL does not employ or hold license for Agent, as Agent is not an employee or independent contractor of MREAL.
